This page lists the customers who have failed to pay for services we've
rendered; they have willfully defrauded SCPB.
We do this reluctantly, but
we feel other Pipers and Pipe Bands should be warned about people who do
not pay their bills.
Pipers and Pipe Bands invest a lot of time and money into their
instruments and profession and enjoy providing their services to varied
venues like weddings and other special occasions. Just like other
professions, they deserve payment for the services they render.
We have
setup this area to list people and companies who you
SHOULD NOT do business with.

contacted our band and requested a single piper to play for her
mother's annual memorial service. Apparently their family gets
together once a year and holds a memorial service for their mother
at the BELLEVUE CEMETARY.
One of our pipers arrived and
began playing. After the performance was finished, our piper was
told "the person who has your check is not here right now and we
don't have much cash on us, can we send you a check?"
They never sent a check. Only a single phone call was returned,
after a week and leaving several voice messages, stating they would
put the check into the mail tomorrow without fail - never happened.
We even offered to send them an electronic invoice through our
online billing system so they could pay with a credit card - the
offer was never acknowledged.
At this point, we are
handing Brenda over to a collection agency. Perhaps they will have
more luck with her than we did?! | | |
